Local Chapter Operations Volunteers Needed

Volunteer service is a fundamental principal of the American Red Cross, and volunteers are at the heart of our Mission.  The overwhelming majority of the Red Cross workforce is volunteers.  The opportunities for volunteering are limitless.

Our volunteers can learn to ...............

Respond to local and national disasters

Present community programs on safety and disaster preparedness

Provide office support

Assist with certain fundraising events

Present programs to Armed Forces members prior to their deployment

and many other opportunities are available.

Drills

Currently there are no drills scheduled, but check

 periodically for updates.

Classes and Specialized Training

Community First Aid and Safety

$55.00 per person

 

Classes held the 4th Saturday of each month

9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

at the Chapter

Prepayment is required at registration

Re-certification for CPR & First Aid

 i.      CPR and First Aid - $55

  ii.      Recertification for CPR and First Aid - $35

DISASTER VOLUNTEER TRAINING CLASSES

  

Disaster classes are not set up on a fixed schedule as they are scheduled according to the number of volunteers who need or who have requested the classes.  To see currently scheduled classes, or to request that a class be set up, CLICK HERE.
